Return Policy

    Digital Maps – where a map is not of merchantable quality a replacement will be provided as soon as possible or a refund given, at the company’s discretion. As the maps can be viewed prior to purchase please ensure the map is suitable BEFORE adding to your basket. Refunds will not be provided where the map is otherwise “fit for purpose”.

    Printed Maps – where a printed map does not arrive or is not of merchantable quality then a replacement will be sent.

    N.B If a refund is made then please note the map must be deleted/destroyed immediately as it will no longer be licenced to Ordnance Survey. Therefore use of unlicensed mapping would be a breach of Crown Copyright, a criminal offence.

    In the first instance please email with your refund/replacement request providing details of the purchase.
